Subagent delegation consistently failing with JSON parse error:

SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected EOF

Impact

  • Cannot use delegate_task() for any category
  • All 3 delegation attempts failed (Tasks 1, 2, 3)
  • Forced to complete tasks directly as orchestrator

Workaround

Completing tasks directly while maintaining:

  • Plan specification compliance
  • Build verification
  • Notepad documentation
